Fees: Our fees vary based on the services you require. We provide a written proposal outlining the scope of work, fees, and timeline for completion. All fees are due before the start of service in full.

Confidentiality: S.T.A.R. HR Consulting LLC maintains the confidentiality of all information you provide, such as business and financial information, personnel records, and other sensitive data. We do not disclose any information to third parties without your express consent, unless required by law.

Ownership of Work Product: S.T.A.R. HR Consulting LLC owns all work products developed in connection with the services provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranties and Representations: S.T.A.R. HR Consulting LLC represents and warrants that we have the necessary expertise and experience to provide our services, and that we perform them in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee any specific results from our services.

Limitation of Liability: S.T.A.R. HR Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including lost profits or business interruption. Our liability in any event is limited to the fees paid by you for our services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where our LLC is registered, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the same state as our LLC.

Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you must pay us for all services performed up to the date of termination, and we will promptly return any documents or materials you provided.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between S.T.A.R. HR Consulting LLC and you with respect to the services provided, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether oral or written. No modification of these terms and conditions is binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
